Lord! I’m Going Through, Again!

Trials are a part of spiritual growth!  ** think on that for three (3) seconds **

The world looks at problems as an obstruction to accomplishments, progress and happiness. The main goal is to get through the issues and solve them as quickly as possible so that one can sail smooth with life. However, the Bible brings in an entirely new look on problems of living, as well as on the most horrendous trials.

The Bible starts off with God’s flawless creation of all that exists, along with the creation of mankind in the image of God, and then here comes the problems: rebellion against God, first by Satan and his minions, followed by Adam and Eve, and then followed by their sin-infested offspring, generation after generation. Therefore, the problems of living are not separated human events of grief and trials, but they are part of the spiritual battle that we need to fight along with the power of God.

Based on God’s eternal plan and wisdom, God makes use of mankind’s trials, challenges and sufferings to reveal His glory; to show forth the nature of man, to expose sin, to draw people into a relationship with Him through the Gospel, and to bring forth spiritual growth in His children.  Several purposes in our life are fulfilled through trials that shape the “believer” and draws close to God. Trials are the period where individuals get molded, beaten, forged, chiseled and shaped in every aspect that God wants us to become fit vessels for Kingdom building. In James 1:12 God clearly says “Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trials, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love Him.” When trials come, that’s the time where you need to get much closer to God, because “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” Ps 91:2

Paul knew that his calling as a Christian was to bear suffering for the sake of the Gospel. As days darken in our circumstances, we need to follow Paul’s example of knowing our calling as believers and to use all circumstances for the sake of the Gospel, the glory of God, and our own growth to maturity in Christ.

Listen to Reverend Doctor Paul’s resume:

“I have worked much harder, been in prison more frequently, been flogged more severely, and been exposed to death again and again.  Five times I received from the Jews the forty lashes minus one.  Three times I was beaten with rods, once I was stoned, three times I was shipwrecked, I spent a night and a day in the open sea, I have been constantly on the move. I have been in danger from rivers, in danger from bandits, in danger from my own countrymen, in danger from Gentiles; in danger in the city, in danger in the country, in danger at sea; and in danger from false brothers.  I have labored and toiled and have often gone without sleep; I have known hunger and thirst and have often gone without food; I have been cold and naked.  Besides everything else, I face daily the pressure of my concern for all the churches.”  2 Cor 11:23-28

With the right perspective on problems, instead of being bogged down and preoccupied with them, you will learn to lean on Christ, trust Him, and follow Him through each circumstance.

Learning to be Joyful

1 Thessalonians 5:18 – In every thing give thanks : for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Take Thou Authority

Life is filled up with both ups and downs and sometimes we fall upon hard times. Irrespective of what troubles you might encounter we are assured of having a mighty God who is bigger than our problems. Trusting Him blindly in the times of troubles brings you a Joy in hope that my God will take care of everything.  He will hold us in the hollow of His hand and when we ask, He will help us through the hard times. If you are struggling today, trust in Him and get closer to witness His care and grace over you. Let’s get more into the Word of God to learn to be Joyful even During Troubling Times.

Some may ask the question, “How can you remain joyful”? The Word of God holds several verses that make you stronger in times of trials.

Some may ask the question, “How can you remain joyful”? The Word of God holds several verses that make you stronger in times of trials.

In Philippians 1:12-26  is joy in ministry.  The highlighting factor is Paul’s declaration, “I rejoice, yes, and I will rejoice”.  He wrote that statement in the midst of some very difficult circumstances.  Even though experiencing such trouble in his life, Reverend Doctor Paul was able to rejoice in the ministry.  It is all because of the love and faith which he had with the God.  If you are having a “pity party”, you need to check your “Spiritual Barometer”, and make adjustments to your love and faith towards God

The Believer’s Joy amidst Difficulties

A believer’s spiritual depth could be easily measured by what it takes to steal his joy.  Joy is part of the fruit of a Spirit-controlled life (Gal. 5:22). We are to rejoice always (Phil. 4:4; 1 Thess. 5:16).  In all circumstances the Spirit of God produces joy, so there ought not to be any time when we’re not rejoicing in some way.

Satan uses his weapon of bringing in the problems and taking away your joy and your closeness to God.  However, never let your circumstances overcome your soul with bitterness and negativity.  There is one thing which will take away this joy, and it is sin.  It’s then we cry out like the psalmist, “Restore to me the joy of Thy salvation” (Ps. 51:12).  Nothing short of sin should steal our joy.  This Christian journey should not be static; it should be fluid and always flowing.  Oh, but change, confusion, trials, attacks, unmet desires, conflict, and strained relationships can throw us off balance and rob us of our joy if we’re not careful.

We ought to expect trouble.  Jesus said, “In the world you [will] have tribulation” (John 16:33).  The apostle James said, “Consider it all joy … when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance” (James 1:2-3).  God has His own profound purpose in our afflictions, but it’s never to take away our joy. To maintain our joy we must adopt God’s perspective regarding our trials. When we yield to the working of HIs Spirit in our lives, our difficulties will not overwhelm us.

Greetings!

I wanted to bring something up with you.

It shouldn’t take long, and if you read this entire email, you’ll probably end up saving yourself from the spiritual battle you’re not even aware of..

Allow me to explain:

A friend of mine once told me about the time when he got married and moved into a new home with his wife.  You’d think it was a touching story, but it was actually horrifying.  You see, he explained that for months they enjoyed their new home living together worshipping and serving the Lord, and couldn’t be happier, but during that entire time, termites had invaded and were slowly but surely destroying their house from the inside out.  They ended up losing their home, and they were devastated.  It’s a sad story, but it’s a perfect example of what happens to a lot of Christians, and I wanted to ask if…

Were you aware of this?

It’s a sad story, but it’s a perfect example of what happens to a lot of Christians, and I wanted to ask if you were aware of this:

Usually when Christians accept Jesus Christ into their heart and commit to living a better life, they believe they won’t have any more problems; tiptoeing through the tulips.  Unfortunately that’s exactly when the greatest ills of life begin.

Even though your life seems to be going well, you’re unknowingly within a spiritual warfare that’s introducing wickedness, fear, evil and battles which may not seem like they are.  Just like the termites which invaded my friends home while he and his wife were happy.  The wickedness and sins of life begin to destroy you from the inside (if you’re not careful).

This is exactly why I wrote this book:  The Battle’s Not Yours:  A Devotional on Spiritual Warfare.  The book will be ready for distribution December 2013,

www.kenaveirlsministries.tk (under the books section:  The Battle’s Not Yours:  A Devotional on Spiritual Warfare)

I focus on heavy topics such as Power, Authority, Angels, Deliverance, Wickedness, Fear and Evil among a few other topics..

I want to help you through life’s battles, and help guide you through the spiritual warfare which may already exist inside of you without you’re awareness.

That’s why I’m also including this BONUS if you register on the website:  www.kenaveirlsministries.tk   A PDF file containing the “Spiritual Viruses:  10 Spiritual Viruses that are Hard to Clean”

Over the years of serving my fellow brothers and sisters, I’ve noticed that many of us continue to make the same mistakes time and time again. This PDF is a quick read, and it’ll help you become more forgiving and loving, and avoid the pitfalls which we all descent into at times.

I’m REALLY excited to be offering you this right now!  Once you register on the site, www.kenaveirlsministries.tk, you’ll get the PDF file no matter what!

Please click on the link, and save yourself from the devastation which many Christians are allowing themselves to fall into today.  Most of our failures, can be avoided, as long as you understand what’s going on inside and around you within this spiritual battle.

If you have ANY questions at all, feel free to email me back at any time at CEO@KAMinistries.Com

I can’t wait to hear from you!

Sincerely,

Rev. Ken

P.S.

My friend and his wife were devastated when they lost their home. They had NO clue that termites had invaded and were slowly eating up their new house, as well as their new life together.

But allow me to put this into perspective..

My friend and his wife only lost their home. We’re all very grateful that they still have their health, and continue their devotion to the Lord, as well as their brothers and sisters.

But that’s because they only lost their house.

Imagine if spiritual termites had invaded YOUR spirit?  That’s what I’m trying to save you from, and it’s something I’m very passionate about. Please don’t end up worse than my friend and his wife did years ago..

Weak Foundation Virus

Computer viruses are small software programs that are designed to spread from one computer to another and to interfere with computer operation. A “Spiritual” virus, when downloaded, can make us unfriendly, unforgiving, unfaithful, or unfruitful.

Matthew 7:24-27  “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.  The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”

Weak Foundation virus!

Definition:  “Structural integrity assures that the construction will perform its designed function, during reasonable use, for as long as the designed life of the structure. Items are constructed with structural integrity to ensure that catastrophic failure does not occur, which can result in injuries, severe damage, death, or monetary losses.”

Here we have two builders, two foundations, and one storm.  The first builder is considered foolish, because he built his house on sand.  Sand is not stable, it shifts, it moves, and changes.  The second builder is considered wise, because he built his house on rock.  Rock is strong, is fixed, and is resilient.
